Upgrade Requests

In this article, we explain how to request an upgrade if you have a Hosted or Managed Service arrangement for Mosaic.

If you already have a Mosaic Upgrades Project and Master Case, please update the Master Case with your request.

If you don't have an existing Project and Master Case, then please raise a new case and this will be passed to our release and deployment team for review.

Once they’ve accepted it, they’ll create a projects case to cover the work and link it to the original request.
