If the PAF_AUTHORITY column in the Mosaic ADDRESSES table contains the GSS (Government Statistical Service) codes rather than the description, the application will try to find a matching code within the REFERENCE_DATA table for the REF_CODE and return the REF_DESCRIPTION value if a match is found. If no matching value is found, then the code will be returned instead.
It's likely the Address Base configuration has not been updated with the latest ward codes.
When running the wardcodes.bat, the REFERENCE_DATA is repopulated with the PAF_AUTHORITY values.
Please see the ward code configuration article for instructions.
The migrate.bat file will also need to be run to update the values in the ADDRESSES table with the new GSS code.
