The Ebis import process does not update person records with more than one open step type (Ebis configured step types only).
This scenario has only occurred since the introduction of the person merge, so had not been a factor considered by the Ebis import. Steps therefore need to be manually closed after the merge for the record to be successfully processed by Ebis.
If none of the records destined for Ebis have more than open step type, then please raise a new case online.
