The warning message 'Do not add further information. This is a duplicate record of person id...' is caused by a failed merge attempt, usually when the merge was originally tried the opposite way around first before the successful merge.
We're making a change to a future Mosaic version to ignore the failed merge record when checking if the duplicate warning should be displayed.
In the meantime, you may wish to consider adding a warning note advising the merge has completed successfully and the message can be disregarded. This will then need to be removed once the fix is available.
