If your Mosaic report is not running and you see this error message:
“Service Unavailable – The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” This may be due to a system setting.
Why This Happens
Some Mosaic reports take longer than 30 seconds to run. If the Load Balancer timeout is set too low, the report may stop before it finishes, causing this error.
