Report is not working

In this article, we highlight what to do if your report is not working.

If you're having issues with your report not working, please raise a new case and provide the following:

  • Is this a report you've written or one that's part of the CLC Mosaic Report Repository?

  • A full screenshot of the Report navigation tree from Reports, along with the parameters screen complete with inputs.

  • Can you obtain the SQL for this report:

    1. Open the Admin Tool.

    2. Go to the Report menu.

    3. Select Report Designer.

    4. Locate the desired report in the navigation panel.

    5. Copy the SQL associated with the report.

  • The Pop Script Logs.

  • The Mosaic Report Repository version.
