Error:

'FW.XAK1MO_FORM_TEMPORARY_XML - ORA-03137: malformed TTC packet from client rejected (Oracle only)'

This issue is only relevant for Mosaic customers using Oracle database.

It is a known Oracle error (rather than a Mosaic application issue) and can occur when Mosaic is deployed on WebLogic 12.2.1.4 connected to a database with Oracle 19.14 installed.
This error happens during an update of a CLOB column, particularly with special character values, such as emojis.

Please see the Oracle knowledge base article here Intermittent ORA-03137: Malformed TTC Packet From Client Rejected On Both The Client And Database (Doc ID 2936458.1)

To avoid this issue, workers should be advised not to paste emojis into Mosaic as it can cause the WebLogic application server to crash.
