You're seeing this error because your SQL Server database account doesn't have permission to run a stored procedure or function. Please raise a <a href="https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support/s/createcase" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">new case</a>, and we'll provide the necessary permissions to enable this functionality.
