A person can have several addresses, for example, the primary address where they normally live and other addresses where they may live for short periods, such as with a relative. You can also choose not to show an address on the Person's Details page, for example, where a child is subject to a child protection plan.
To display the person's addresses page. select Person Details, Addresses from the Person Summary side menu.
The addresses that have already been defined are listed with a radio button in the Display? column indicating which address is displayed on the Person's Summary page.
β
You can add a new address or change an address by moving it to a new one. You cannot edit the address (unless it is a manually edited address) but can change information within the Other Details address panel. If the address itself is incorrect, you must delete it and add a new one to replace it.
β
If the address you need to delete is the Primary Address, you'll need to create a new address, make it the primary address, and then delete the original.
